Some of these are made through integration with my booking system for clients, which is Squarespace Scheduling previously known as Acuity. This happens occasionally every day to some of the meetings, but not all. It may have been deleted, declined or moved. However, that is not the case at all it's not deleted or declined, and everyone else can see the meeting. Such meetings are even invisible on the right calendar pane before I choose to send any response. Also, those meetings remain visible in my phone's calendar, but not in my Mac.

I suspect this issue started happening after Office subscription. I'm sorry for the issue you're having. Are the Outlook Web App showing the same symptom? Let organizer sent a meeting request for test and accept it directly in Outlook Web App to see if issue persists. This way we can confirm that if this is a pure Outlook desktop client issue.
